Attention Personal Trainers: Trekking Poles are now available at Cost-Co!

Spring is here at Cost-Co and along with all the plants, garden benches and fire pits I notices a new addition that was causing quite a lot of interest with shoppers.

Trekking Poles.

There was a small group of women who were testing them out up and down the isle of the store checking the length and just having fun with their kids.

Not knowing a whole lot about Trekking Poles, I quickly searched the LIRN database and found over 2,000  articles from newspapers and professional journals  that promoted the health benefits of walking and hiking with the Trekking Poles.

This made me think WOW! Trekking Poles would be a great item for a Personal Trainer to show off to a client!

There were lots of articles from a variety of sources including newspapers, magazines and sports medicine titles.
